At Timber & Time, every magnet we create is made specially for you using your chosen photos and designs. Because all products are custom-made, we are unable to offer refunds or returns once an order has been placed.

That said, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are unhappy with your order for any reason, please reach out to us within 7 days of delivery. We will do whatever it takes to make it right—whether that means a reprint, replacement, or another solution that ensures you love your magnets.

Important Notes:

• Please double-check crop, orientation, and coloration of photos before submitting your order, as we cannot issue refunds for errors made in the original file.

• Our team is dedicated to making sure you receive high-quality, lasting products that you’re proud to share and display - if your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately with photos so we can resolve the issue.
