3. Shipping

We currently ship within Canada and the United States.

  • Orders within Canada: Delivery typically takes 4-7 business days, depending on the destination.

  • Orders to the U.S.: Delivery typically takes 7–15 business days, depending on postal carrier processing times and U.S. customs clearance.

  • Duties/Taxes: U.S. buyers may be responsible for customs fees, import taxes, or duties. Please check your country’s regulations prior to ordering, as we cannot predict or control these charges.

  • Tracking: All orders include tracking so you can follow your shipment’s progress. Tracking information will be emailed to you once your package has shipped.

  • Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages: If your order is lost, delayed, or arrives damaged, we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue. Please retain your tracking number and contact us immediately for assistance. While we are not responsible for delays or losses caused by postal carriers, weather or customs, we will do our best to support you in resolving the issue.
