2. Processing & Turnaround Time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 4-7 business days. Processing times may vary during holidays or busy seasons. You will be notified if there are any unexpected delays.

3. Shipping

We ship within Canada and the United States. Shipping times vary by location and carrier, and once an order has been shipped, we are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs, or weather conditions.

4. Returns & Refunds

Because all of our products are custom-made, we do not accept returns or offer refunds. However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you are unhappy for any reason, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will work with you to make it right (replacement, reprint, or another fair solution).

5. Intellectual Property

By uploading photos, text, or designs, you confirm that you have the rights or permission to use them. Timber & Time is not liable for any copyright or trademark issues arising from the content you submit.

6. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the cost of the product purchased. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to your order.
